After first meeting Brian I liked him…He was genuine, honest, very straight forward, and was all about doing the right thing…my gut said to go with him. He gave me his thoughts on my condo, his strategy, and told me where I could realistically expect to land in this market… wow was it lower than I expected, wanted, or thought I could afford!
I was desperate…my head told me I couldn’t afford to loose too much money so I went with another realtor. I used Brian to sell 3 properties at the beginning of the housing crisis and found him to be exceptionally professional. I have owned real estate and worked with Realtors in the past. I also have the qualification myself, though did it mainly to buy my own properties and in the case of the 3 properties Brian sold for me, I did not have the time to do the work. And work it was.
One of the properties sold relatively easily. However the other two required an enormous amount of time, dealing with in one case tenants who decided to be just about as difficult as possible in a building with some problems. Brian and his team not only did what was necessary with good humor but kept me extremely well informed and with some savvy price positioning did as well as could be done in a difficult market.
